More info to come - go to http://www.chacalamusicfestival.com or Like Us on Facebook -    / chacala.festival.de.musica   Chacala Music & Art Festival is to provide an annual celebration of wide ranging musical performances, supplement existing musical and art education for the youth of the community, provide an opportunity for artists, local and international, to exhibit their work and there is even an advanced training program for mariachi musicians.  We hope to add to a sustainable and high-quality growth of development in our treasured fishing village in the municipality of Compostela, on the prisitine Riviera Nayarit. our efforts are already affecting communities and artists from nearby Las Varas, Guayabitos, La Penita, Guadalajara and elsewhere in the world.  2016 will see CHILDREN'S painting workshops, a Mariachi Institute and an artist residence program in February added to the already successful collaboration.
