We bought a tour called "Deluxe Sunset Sail with Open Bar'. We decided to do it on the day we were already in Puerto Vallarta. We went down to the Shore Excursions Desk and purchased it. The tour wasn't until 2:30 pm. When we got on the dock for our tour we were told it changed as the ship would be gone by sunset. It was now "Classic Sailing Experience in Banderas Bay". That was OK because it was late and we wanted to go on a sailboat. All we did was motor down the coast and back up. The crew said hoisting the sails scared some of the passengers. The crew was good, and they did give us snacks and drinks, as much as we wanted. We came back about 30 minutes early. We were very disappointed with this tour. We went back to the Shore Excursions Desk and told them how it was. They offered to give us a refund and we accepted. This was recorded in April 2022 on the maiden voyage of the Discovery Princess.
